The entire ' area has been wired with Dirty Bombs. As the most elite agent of the ATU ,you as Richard Franklyn have to take on these criminals single handedly. You need to diffuse each of the bombs before the entire facility explodes causing a catastrophic fire. Be careful because every bomb you diffuse would trigger another ones timer so you have limited time and a lot to do. You need to move in from The Spent Fuel facility and then to The Plutonium Storage before you finally move to The Reactor and save the area.
